Job Summary

Theenmesha is seeking an experienced, organized, and dependable Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, support the team, and provide an excellent guest experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership and communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service activities
• Supervise, support, and coordinate restaurant staff
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally
• Manage staff schedules, assignments, and daily priorities
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and restaurant service standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and ordering needs
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Follow restaurant safety, sanitation, and service standards

Requirements

• Previous Restaurant Manager or hospitality management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of restaurant safety and sanitation standards
