What they need
- Menyusun dan memantau anggaran operasional, mengontrol COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), serta menganalisis laporan rugi-laba (P&L) outlet.
- Mengembangkan strategi peningkatan penjualan, efisiensi kerja, serta memastikan seluruh standar operasional (SOP) berjalan konsisten.
- Memimpin, mengevaluasi kinerja tim, mengelola struktur kerja, serta bertanggung jawab atas pengembangan dan kedisiplinan staf.
- Memastikan standar kualitas makanan, minuman, kebersihan, dan pelayanan (hospitality) berada pada tingkat tertinggi.
- Menyusun laporan berkala mengenai kinerja outlet, kendala operasional, dan rencana tindakan langsung kepada Manajemen Pusat / Pemilik.
