About the role

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow, supervising and training restaurant staff while monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
• Monitor inventory, food costs, wastage, and supplies
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and sanitation requirements
• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and performance
• Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain service quality
• Prepare daily operational reports and recommend improvements
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall restaurant standards

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
• At least 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or café management
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory control, and sales monitoring
• Ability to manage staff, resolve customer concerns, and work under pressure
• Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules
• Goal-oriented, accountable, and committed to delivering excellent service
