Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including service, kitchen coordination, and guest experience.
• Supervise, train, and manage restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain food quality, hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, control food costs, minimize wastage, and manage stock.
• Manage billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and operational expenses.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the hotel, restaurant, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control.
• Ability to handle customer issues and manage a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
