The Opportunity

We're looking for a General Manager who knows how to build a great team, run an exceptional restaurant, and create an experience that keeps guests coming back.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll own the day-to-day performance of your restaurant, from hiring and developing your team to delivering great food, outstanding hospitality, and strong financial results.

We're looking for someone who leads from the floor, sets high standards, and takes pride in every detail.

What You'll Do

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
• Build a positive, energetic culture where people enjoy coming to work.
• Coach and develop Shift Leaders and future managers.
• Lead by example and hold your team accountable to high standards.

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

• Create a welcoming, hospitality-first environment for every guest.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness.
• Be present and engaged during peak hours, supporting your team wherever needed.
• Resolve guest concerns and turn challenges into opportunities to build loyalty.

Own Restaurant Operations

• Oversee daily operations, including opening, closing, staffing, food preparation, and service.
• Maintain the highest standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational execution.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, ordering, and labor deployment.
• Ensure consistent execution of Minnie Bird's operating standards and procedures.

Drive Restaurant Performance

• Take ownership of restaurant sales, profitability, and overall performance.
• Manage food costs, labor costs, waste, and controllable expenses.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency without compromising quality or hospitality.
• Build a restaurant that delivers great results through great people and consistent execution.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in fast casual or quick service.
• Previous General Manager or Assistant Manager experience required.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain great team members.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labor management, inventory, and food costs.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump into any station.
• High standards for cleanliness, food quality, and guest experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
