Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Manage and train restaurant staff, including kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
• Collaborate with the Team to develop and update menu offerings
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Implement strategies to maximize restaurant sales and profitability
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs effectively
• Utilize POS system for order processing and cash handling

Requirements:

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Knowledge of kitchen management, food production, and food preparation techniques
• Culinary background or cooking experience is a plus
• Familiarity with POS system or similar point-of-sale software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
