Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Japanese restaurant. The manager will ensure excellent customer service, efficient restaurant operations, food quality, and staff performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, cash handling, and daily sales.
• Monitor food and labor costs and minimize wastage.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer-focused and highly organized.
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an advantage.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php21,000.00 per month
