Restaurant Manager

Location: SM Nuvali, Santa Rosa City, Laguna

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the pre-opening and daily operations of a new Japanese teppanyaki restaurant at SM Nuvali. You will build and lead the team, manage costs, and ensure exceptional service and food quality.

Core Tasks

• Operations: Lead daily shift operations, floor service, opening/closing, and cash management.
• Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen and front-of-house staff.
• Business Management: Track sales, control food and labor costs, and manage inventory.
• Standards & Compliance: Maintain brand guidelines, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Reporting & Marketing: Prepare regular sales reports and support local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years of management experience in a casual dining or full-service restaurant.
• Skills: Strong leadership, food/labor cost management, and a customer-focused approach.
• Availability: Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Advantages (highly preferred but not required),:
• Background in Japanese/Asian dining or restaurant openings.
• Basic Japanese (Nihongo) language skills.

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
