What You'll Do

• Lead daily front-of-house operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate restaurant employees
• Maintain excellent service standards and a positive team culture
• Stay visible on the floor, engage with guests, and support the team during peak periods
• Oversee scheduling, labor management, opening and closing procedures, and daily operations
• Support beverage service, inventory, and cost controls
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively
• Partner with the General Manager and culinary leadership to ensure smooth operations
• Help establish training standards and service procedures for the new opening

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service or polished-casual environment
• Strong guest-service and hospitality skills
• Experience leading, training, and developing FOH teams
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Knowledge of labor management, scheduling, inventory, and restaurant operations
• Bar and beverage management experience is a plus
• New restaurant opening experience is a plus
• A positive, hands-on leadership style
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
