What they need
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the team and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and maintain service standards.
- Supervise staff, arrange shifts and provide training.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Monitor stock, coordinate orders and minimise wastage.
- Manage cash-ups, reconcile tills and maintain accurate records.
- Control operating costs and support sales growth.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with stock control, cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy team.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Pay: R10 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
Work Location: In person
