Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure excellent food quality, customer service, team performance, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Focuses primarily on hitting established sales targets.
• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
• Monitor sales, inventory, budgeting, and cost control
• Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff
• Handle customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction
• Coordinate maintenance and proper use of equipment
Implement company policies and operational procedures
• Assigned areas: Bacoor, Cavite
• Head Office: Cainta

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Knowledge in restaurant operations, inventory, budgeting, and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Food Safety and Sanitation certification is an advantage
