Salary: $52,000–$75,000 per year

Dear Dads Restaurant is looking for a motivated, experienced, and dependable Restaurant Manager to join our team! We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to build a positive, high-performing team.

The ideal candidate will help oversee daily restaurant operations, maintain high standards of food quality and customer service, and ensure our guests have an excellent dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, train, motivate, and develop team members.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest concerns professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and overall team performance.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory, food waste, and labor costs.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, hosts, and other team members.
• Help increase sales, improve efficiency, and maintain profitability.
• Lead by example and create a positive, accountable work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service.
• Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining a positive work culture.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Reliable, organized, and committed to high standards.
