About the Position

We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and team-oriented Restaurant Manager to join our steakhouse team in Chelmsford Center!

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and knows how to motivate a team. We are looking for someone who leads by example, communicates well, and brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every shift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team.
• Provide outstanding hospitality and ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and team development.
• Monitor labor costs, inventory, and overall restaurant performance.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and find effective solutions.
• Work closely with the kitchen and management team to maintain a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Energetic, positive, and passionate about hospitality.
• Team player who leads by example and holds high standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $66,900.00 - $80,700.00 per year
