Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of servers, cooks, bartenders, and kitchen staff
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food production processes to maintain quality standards
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and uphold sanitation practices across all areas
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless kitchen functioning
• Train staff on service protocols, food handling, and hospitality best practices
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth

Skills

• Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong team management and leadership abilities to inspire staff and drive performance
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and culinary standards
• Experience in bartending or bar management is a plus
