Pay: $12–$14 per hour + tips

Schedule: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Store Manager to lead one of our Subway restaurant locations. The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales and profitability. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Hire, train, and supervise team members
• Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
• Drive customer satisfaction through quality service and hospitality
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cash handling
• Achieve performance goals and contribute to overall business success

Qualifications:

• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred (restaurant experience a plus)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused
