Restaurant Manager

Location: SM Nuvali, Santa Rosa City, Laguna

We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the opening and daily operations of our new Japanese teppanyaki restaurant. You’ll build the team, keep our food and service excellent, and help the business grow.

Main Responsibilities

• Run daily operations: Manage the dining floor, opening and closing, cash handling, and service quality.
• Lead your team: Hire, train, schedule, and coach both service and kitchen staff.
• Manage costs and sales: Grow sales while keeping food, labor, and inventory costs on budget.
• Maintain standards: Follow company procedures, food safety rules, and cleanliness guidelines.
• Report and promote: Prepare regular sales reports and help with local promotions and new product launches.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of restaurant management experience (casual dining, full-service, or high-volume)
• Strong leadership skills and a customer-first attitude
• Good understanding of food and labor cost control
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

Advantages

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
