- Actively drive sales through strong shift execution, local store marketing, catering, suggestive selling, speed of service,
hospitality, and community engagement.
- Review sales trends, daypart performance, labor results, inventory usage, waste, guest feedback, and operating reports to
identify opportunities and take action.
- Build weekly schedules that support sales growth, peak-hour execution, labor discipline, and proper manager coverage.
- Manage labor targets, food cost, inventory, waste, cash controls, deposits, and other financial routines with accuracy and
accountability.
- Lead daily restaurant operations with urgency, ownership, and a focus on results.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop team members, shift leaders, and assistant managers.
- Build a strong leadership bench and ensure managers understand the business side of running the restaurant.
- Maintain brand standards for speed of service, product quality, cleanliness, hospitality, food safety, and overall guest
readiness.
- Hold the team accountable to sales goals, service standards, productivity, and restaurant-level execution.
- Partner with the District Manager on action plans, staffing needs, sales-building opportunities, performance issues, and
financial goals.
Required Business Skills
- Ability to read and understand sales reports, labor reports, food cost results, inventory reports, guest feedback, and basic
P&L; information.
- Strong understanding of how labor, scheduling, deployment, food cost, waste, speed of service, and guest experience
impact profitability.
- Ability to identify sales opportunities by daypart, product category, catering, local store marketing, and guest traffic patterns.
