Desired Candidate Profile

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE: 3 5 years of leadership experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-end, comparable establishment. Proven ability to train, motivate, and manage large teams, with a focus on performance and development. Expertise in inventory control, supplier coordination, and financial oversight (tracking KPIs, cost management). A passion for exceptional customer service , with the poise to resolve complex issues professionally. Cultural awareness and adaptability to engage with our diverse team and international clientele. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS A dynamic, energetic personality that aligns with our playful yet refined brand. Proficiency in French or another European language (a delightful bonus). An ability for creating harmony, whether in team dynamics, guest interactions, or the ambiance of the room.
