We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager who knows how to lead a team, deliver exceptional guest service, and keep a busy restaurant running at its best.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment.
• Build, coach, and develop a strong team of hourly employees and supervisors.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, food costs, and other key operating expenses.
• Recruit, train, and retain great team members while creating a positive, accountable work environment.
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak dining periods.
• Take ownership of restaurant performance, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in high-volume, full-service or casual dining.
• A proven ability to lead teams, develop employees, and manage a busy restaurant operation.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor management, food costs, and operational standards.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• A visible, hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts based on business needs.

Experience in breakfast dining, family dining, or high-volume restaurant operations is a plus.
