Position: Outlet Manager

Job Summary

JUST LOAF is looking for a responsible and result-oriented Outlet Manager to manage daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, maintain service standards, monitor sales performance, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, reporting, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• **Staff Management:** Handle, supervise, and motivate staff to ensure smooth daily operations and effective teamwork.

• **Daily Sales Report (DSR):** Prepare, maintain, and submit accurate daily sales reports.

• **Monthly Sales Reporting:** Monitor sales performance, prepare monthly sales reports, and analyze business growth.

• **POS Software:** Have working knowledge of Petpooja software for billing, sales tracking, inventory, and daily operations.

• **Target Achievement:** Set operational priorities and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.

• **Customer Service:** Maintain high service standards and handle customer complaints professionally.

• **Inventory Management:** Monitor stock levels, reduce wastage, and coordinate stock requirements.

• **Cost Control:** Monitor expenses, food wastage, and staff productivity to improve outlet profitability.

• **Compliance & Hygiene:** Ensure proper grooming, cleanliness, food safety, and adherence to company policies.

• **Reporting:** Coordinate with the HR and Operations teams regarding staffing, attendance, performance, and outlet requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong staff handling and leadership skills.

• Good knowledge of DSR and monthly sales reports.

• Practical knowledge of Petpooja software.

• Ability to achieve sales targets and improve outlet performance.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational and customer-handling abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience managing a restaurant or food and beverage outlet.

• Experience in staff supervision, sales reporting, and restaurant operations.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
