Restaurant Manager

The key responsibilities for his position are:

• Providing a high level of customer service that exceeds our customers expectations.
• Ensure proper management practices relating to order preparation and service delivery.
• Open / Close the store and make sure all the equipment is properly turned on/off.
• Make sure that cash tills and food products are ready for the shift.
• Supervise the rush periods to ensure order accuracy and efficiency.
• Train new employees for all positions and reinforce their successful performance.
• Check inventory and make sure products are used in proper order.
• Communicate with the Restaurant Manager about stock, repairs, sales, wastage, employees,

and any customer concerns.

• Check the equipment's holding temperatures to ensure fresh, hot food.
• Understand what it takes to get the job done right and follow all food safety procedures.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
