Restaurant Manager

Seaglass Restaurant is seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Manager who is passionate about hospitality, takes pride in leading a team and understands what it takes to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Located directly on the ocean at Salisbury Beach, Seaglass is an established restaurant known for its coastal setting, creative cuisine and welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a dependable, motivated professional who enjoys being actively involved in daily operations, leads by example and holds themselves and their team to high standards.

The Right Candidate

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure a consistently high level of guest service.
• Lead, coach and support servers, bartenders, hosts and support staff.
• Maintain service standards and ensure the restaurant is prepared for each shift.
• Monitor dining room operations, guest satisfaction, service flow and overall atmosphere.
• Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, training and employee performance.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure efficient service and a quality dining experience.
• Support operational goals, cost controls and overall restaurant performance.
• Maintain a professional, organized and welcoming environment for guests and employees.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years previous restaurant management experience in a full-service dining environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A hands-on management style and a strong commitment to teamwork.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business requires.
• ServSafe Manager, TIPS Alcohol Training, and Allergen Awareness Certifications
