Restaurant Manager

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and service.

Lead, train and manage the FOH team.

• Manage staff scheduling, shift allocation and daily briefings.
• Ensure smooth service across busy brunch, sunset and late-night operations.
• Maintain high standards of guest experience, service and presentation.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and staff training.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance and service standards.
• Oversee reservations, table flow and floor operations.
• Ensure POS, billing and cash-handling procedures are followed.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and operational standards.
• Take ownership of the floor during peak service and lead by example

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
