We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, food safety, and hygiene.
- Manage staff schedules, inventory, and operational costs.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Drive sales and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager in the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
