About the role
WOK THAI is looking for a responsible, energetic, and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and lead our team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Supervise, train, and manage kitchen and service staff
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards
- Manage staff scheduling, stock control, and inventory
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
- Monitor sales performance and control operating costs
- Ensure the team follows WOK THAI's SOPs and standards
About you
- Previous experience in restaurant or F&B management is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage staff and work in a fast-paced environment
- Responsible, honest, proactive, and hands-on
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred; English and Bahasa Malaysia are an advantage
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
