Restaurant Manager

We’re searching for a dynamic, quick-learning Restaurant Manager to bring their experience and passion for service to our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Managing Partner and lead a dedicated team that prioritizes people and results.

FOH Manager duties including but not limited to:

• Employee Management: Onboarding, coaching, and hiring new team members.
• Policy Enforcement: Upholding and consistently enforcing company policies and procedures with professionalism.
• Professional Demeanor: Maintaining a polished image and welcoming attitude toward guests and staff alike.
• Effective Communication: Collaborating with the management team and staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Leadership Presence: Actively managing shifts and providing strong leadership on the floor.
• Inventory Management: Overseeing inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Scheduling: Creating and managing staff schedules to meet business needs.
• Guest Interaction: Engaging with guests to enhance their experience.
• Customer Service Excellence: Delivering outstanding service and ensuring food quality and timely delivery.
• Support for Management: Assisting the Managing Partner in various tasks as needed.
• POS Management: Experience with Square is a plus!
• Reporting: Generating and analyzing reports as needed.
• Labor and Cost Management: Overseeing labor costs and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Food handler manager certification (or the ability to obtain it quickly)
• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience
• Kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to commit to a 50-55 hour work week
