Restaurant Manager

Job Summary

The Restaurant Manager leads a high-performing shift team to deliver exceptional coffee, friendly service, and strong sales. They coach baristas, manage shifts, maintain product and service standards, and ensure operational excellence across the store. Acting as the Store Manager’s deputy, they resolve customer issues, execute promotions and upsell initiatives, and drive improvements that increase customer loyalty and store profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience, or 1 - 2 years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, or Vocational graduate.
• Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
• Willingness to be assigned in Makati Supermarket's The Coffeeshop - Alabang.
