Fine dining experience and proven restaurant management responsibility are essential.
This is a hands on role, leading from the floor. You must be actively involved in service, engage personally with guests and lead the team by example.
We’re looking for exceptional communication skills, strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of the London hospitality market.
You must be confident in:
- Leading a team and delivering outstanding service.
- Building guest relationships that bring people back.
- Managing reservations, private dining and events.
- Developing marketing and social media strategies that generate bookings.
