Restaurant Manager

Job Overview

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead daily service and help create a welcoming experience for guests. You’ll coordinate front- and back-of-house teams, maintain high standards and support smooth restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and support the team, including staff involved in serving, bartending and barista service.
• Coordinate food preparation, cooking and food production with the kitchen team.
• Uphold food safety standards and help maintain a clean, organised working environment.
• Deliver attentive hospitality and resolve service issues professionally.
• Your impact: Clear leadership and coordinated service help guests enjoy a safe, welcoming dining experience while enabling the team to work effectively.

Experience

• Restaurant, hospitality or hotel experience is useful.
• Supervising experience and team management skills are preferred.
• Food preparation, cooking, serving or bartending experience is an advantage.
• Culinary, kitchen, food production, food safety or barista experience is welcome.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisation skills will help you succeed.

Pay: £25,420.00-£48,520.00 per year
