Restaurant Manager

Overview

We’re seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead daily service and keep kitchen and front-of-house operations running smoothly. You’ll guide the team, support great guest experiences, and balance food quality, safety, and business needs. Responsibilities

• Manage shifts, service flow, food preparation, cooking, and food production across restaurant operations.
• Hire, interview, supervise, and train team members; support ongoing team development and clear managerial communication.
• Oversee inventory control, cash handling, point-of-sale (POS) systems, budgeting, and profit and loss analysis.
• Maintain food handling and food safety standards, and coordinate kitchen management with customer service needs.
• Lead team performance and resolve operational or guest concerns with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management, food service management, hospitality management, or a related leadership role; assistant manager experience is relevant.
• Background in restaurant, food service, kitchen, or food industry operations, with food management, culinary, or kitchen experience.
• Demonstrated skills in management, team leadership, team management, shift management, staff training, and supervising experience.
• Working knowledge of POS systems; Aloha POS or Micros POS experience is useful. Basic math skills and familiarity with cash handling, inventory, budgeting, and food safety are important.
• Quick service and fast food, casual dining, fine dining, banquet, catering, bar, or coffee experience is welcome. Food preparation, cooking, food handling, customer service, and training and development experience are valued.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
