Billy's Sports Grill is looking for a leader who wants to do more than manage a shift.

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, enjoys working alongside a strong team, takes ownership, and is always looking for ways to make things better.

You don't necessarily need years of management experience to be the right person for this role. What matters to us is that you understand restaurants, know what great service looks like, have the ability to lead people, and have the drive to help us continue building something great.

This is an hourly management position with part-time and full-time hours available. For the right person, this role can develop into greater leadership responsibility and a potential salaried management position with benefits.

What You'll Do

As a member of our management team, you'll help:

• Lead shifts and keep the restaurant operating at a high level
• Support and coach team members
• Maintain our standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
• Solve problems during service and keep the team moving forward
• Create a great experience for our guests
• Help create an environment where employees can succeed
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and restaurant operations
• Use technology and available tools to improve communication, consistency, and execution
• Work alongside the team when the restaurant gets busy
• Bring ideas and solutions—not just problems—to the management team
• Help Billy's continue to improve and grow

Experience

Restaurant experience is strongly preferred. Previous restaurant management experience is preferred, but not required.

We're open to someone who has already managed restaurants as well as someone who has proven themselves in the restaurant business and is ready to take the next step into leadership.

We're less concerned with whether you've already had "Manager" printed on your résumé than we are with whether you've demonstrated:

Leadership. Ownership. Judgment. Work ethic. Teamwork. Initiative.

We want someone who understands that the goal isn't simply getting through another shift. The goal is creating a restaurant that guests want to return to, employees want to be part of, and a team can be proud of.
