Restaurant Manager (New Gateway Mall II)

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing during operating hours.
• Train employees on customer service, food safety, restaurant procedures, and company standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints or concerns.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and proper stock rotation.
• Monitor food, beverage, labor, and operating costs to meet budget targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety regulations.
• Handle cash management, sales reporting, and daily financial procedures.
• Monitor restaurant equipment and coordinate maintenance or repairs when needed.
• Support marketing activities, promotions, and events.
• Analyze sales and operational reports and recommend improvements.
• Maintain a professional, safe, clean, and welcoming restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Atleast 1 year of restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, inventory, and cost control.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
