Restaurant Manager (operational)

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree any major in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Have experience in hospitality/ 4 or 5 stars hotel
• Having minimum of 5 years experience in Managerial Level especially in business such as food and beverage/ food industry, including in operational, services, production
• Through knowledge of services, cost control in F&B, labor controls, beverage menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, computer and accountings
• Ability to work with all levels of management
• Have a good analytic and communication skill
• Fluent in english writing & speaking
• Good at work in team or individually
• Willing to go on a business trip
• Willing to be placed in Seseduh Resto & Lounge, Semarang
