RESTAURANT MANAGER

Salary: ₱25,000.00 per month
Store: Pares Retiro Express
Location: San Dionisio, Parañaque City
Training: 1-Month Training Program – Shaw Boulevard, Oranbo, Pasig City

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and lead restaurant staff during daily operations
• Monitor food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and overall store standards
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies and operating procedures
• Prepare staff schedules and assign daily work responsibilities
• Address customer concerns and operational issues professionally and promptly
• Monitor inventory, sales, cash handling, and other store reports
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace standards
• Support the achievement of store operational and service goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree or College Graduate
• With relevant experience in restaurant or food service operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
• Willing to work in a dual-brand operation: Pares Retiro Express & Sapporo
