Restaurant Manager-Part Time (Hourly)

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and optimizing profits through efficient operations. ## Responsibilities - Oversee daily restaurant operations including customer service, food preparation, and cleanliness. Food preparation and managing daily kitchen tasks and operations - Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional service. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. - Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. - Train new employees on company policies and procedures. ## Experience - Proven experience in food service management. - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team. - Experience in inventory management and cost control. - Previous experience in a hotel or catering environment is a plus. - Familiarity with cash handling procedures and shift management. - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Pay based on experience and qualifications

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
