Position Overview 職位概述:
Kitchee is seeking a high-caliber Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager to lead and oversee operations at our Kitchee Bistro. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, dedicated to driving service excellence, and capable of managing both front-of-house staff and business performance. 傑志現正傑志現正招聘一名優秀的餐廳經理/助理餐廳經理，負責領導及監督傑志膳房的全面營運。此職位需要一位具備策略思維且親力親為的領導者。您須對餐飲款待充滿熱誠、致力於提升卓越服務，並能有效管理樓面團隊及業務表現。

Job Responsibilities 工作職責:

• Oversee full daily restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and food hygiene 全面監督餐廳日常運作，確保服務、清潔及食品衛生達到最高標準
• Lead, train, and mentor floor staff; manage duty rosters, manpower allocation, and performance evaluations 領導、培訓及指導樓面團隊；管理輪班時間表、人力調配及績效評估
• Handle guest feedback professionally, optimize service flow, and elevate the overall dining experience 專業地處理客人反饋，優化服務流程，並提升整體的用餐體驗
• Work closely with the Kitchen Team on menu execution, and oversee meal/seating arrangements for the Club Youth Academy 與廚房團隊緊密合作以配合菜單運作，並監督球會青年軍的膳食及座位安排
• Monitor labor and operating costs, manage stock inventory/procurement, and oversee daily financial reporting 監控人力及營運成本、管理庫存與物資採購，並監督每日財務報告程序
• Formulate operational strategies to drive sales, achieve business targets, and handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by senior management 制定營運策略以推動營業額、達成業務目標，並處理管理層指派的其他臨時職務

Job Qualifications 入職要求:

• Minimum 5 years’ relevant supervisory or managerial experience in fine dining, clubhouse restaurants, or banquet operations (Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Restaurant Manager) 具備至少5年高級餐飲、會所餐廳或宴會營運的相關主管或管理經驗（經驗較淺者可被考慮為助理餐廳經理）
• Good communication skills in Cantonese and English; Mandarin an advantage 具備良好的粵語及英語溝通能力；懂普通話優先
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service 對餐飲業及客戶服務具有真正的熱誠
• Solid understanding of basic restaurant floor operations and simple stock control 對基本餐廳樓面運作及簡單庫存控制有紮實的了解
• A hands-on team player who works well with people and can stay calm under pressure 具備親力親為的團隊合作精神，善於與人合作，並能在壓力下保持冷靜
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays / in other business locations as required 需輪班、於週末及公眾假期工作或根據工作需要在其他地點工作

Salary 薪酬:
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience 薪酬將根據資歷及經驗而定
