Your Role, Your Impact:

Restaurant Manager

• Lead & Motivate: Drive engagement and growth with a team of 20–50.
• Mind the Business: Manage rostering, recruiting, stock, and compliance, with support from Area Managers.
• Support Growth: Help your team grow through check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines.
• Know your Numbers: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to ensure success.
• **Make a Difference:**Drive our Local Matters program by engaging with community groups.

Assistant Restaurant Manager:

• Lead the Squad: As motivator in chief, work alongside the Restaurant Manager to inspire, motivate, and guide your team.
• Hands-On Action: Be in the thick of it, grillin’, running the floor, and supporting your team.
• Deliver Quality: Stay on top of safety, food quality and maintain high standards for every guest experience and every burger.
• Smash Goals: Drive team performance, hit targets, and celebrate wins.
• Coach & Develop: Help your team grow with workshops, training, and on-the-job learning so they level up to masters of all stations.
