Restaurant Operations Assistant

This is an office-based role in Nepal, not an on-site restaurant position in London.

Location: Nepal Office (Overseeing London Restaurant Operations)

Experience: Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.

About the Role

• Studied hospitality and want to explore restaurant management beyond traditional hotel or restaurant operations?
• We're looking for a motivated hospitality graduate to support and monitor our London restaurants from our Nepal office.
• You'll work closely with management, gain exposure to international restaurant operations and help ensure daily activities, records and reports are accurate and organised.
• Key Responsibilities
• Monitor daily restaurant operations, FOH attendance, staff rotas and operational reports.
• Review bookings, daily sales, service updates and identify discrepancies.
• Coordinate with London teams regarding operational updates and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets and structured reports.
• Research operational issues and recommend practical improvements.
• Support Nepal office activities whenever required.

What We're Looking For

• Good understanding of hospitality and restaurant operations.
• Strong English communication and organisational skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets and basic office tools.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
• We're looking for someone curious, dependable and excited to learn how international restaurant operations are managed. You don't need extensive experience, but you should be comfortable working with data, communicating professionally and taking ownership of your responsibilities.
