Job Summary

CAV Restaurant is hiring a Restaurant Operations Associate to support daily restaurant operations, customer service, and service workflows. This role assists front-of-house and kitchen teams, coordinates orders, maintains operational standards, and helps ensure an efficient and welcoming dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant and service operations
• Coordinate communication between kitchen, service, and management teams
• Assist with customer orders, service requests, and order accuracy
• Support front-of-house staff during busy service periods
• Monitor service areas and help maintain efficient customer flow
• Assist with inventory tracking, restocking, and supply organization
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe dining, kitchen, and service areas
• Assist with POS transactions and customer payments as required
• Help address routine customer concerns and service issues
• Follow food safety, sanitation, cash-handling, and workplace safety procedures
• Assist with opening, closing, and general restaurant duties
• Perform additional operational tasks assigned by management

Requirements

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, food service, retail, or customer service experience is an asset but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Strong attention to detail and customer service
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and POS proficiency
• Reliable, punctual, and professional

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting restaurant or hospitality operations
• Familiarity with POS and restaurant ordering systems
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
