Restaurant Operations Field Associate

We are looking for a field-based Restaurant Operations Associate who will visit our restaurant branches to observe actual store operations, validate implementation of company directives and corrective actions, identify operational gaps, and submit objective, evidence-based field reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled and assigned field visits to company stores and branches.
• Validate actual store conditions, operational execution, and compliance with company standards.
• Verify whether management directives, corrective actions, audit findings, and action plans have been properly implemented.
• Gather objective supporting evidence such as photos, records, counts, logs, documents, and observations.
• Identify incomplete, recurring, unresolved, or non-compliant operational concerns.
• Monitor assigned critical or high-risk stores and provide timely field updates.
• Validate store manpower deployment, workload, and observable staffing concerns.
• Observe customer flow, service execution, store organization, food/service consistency, and overall operational standards.
• Cross-check reported information against actual conditions observed during store visits.
• Assist in validating concerns related to new store openings, operational transitions, and interdepartmental coordination.
• Prepare accurate Field Validation Reports and submit findings within the required timeline.
• Immediately escalate verified critical operational, safety, compliance, or business continuity concerns.
• Maintain objectivity and clearly distinguish personally observed facts from information reported by store personnel.
• Perform other field validation and operational monitoring assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
• Experience in field operations, store operations, auditing, compliance, quality assurance, or a related role is an advantage.
• Experience in the food and beverage, restaurant, retail, or multi-branch environment is an advantage.
• Strong observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of documenting findings accurately.
• Able to communicate factual and objective observations professionally.
• Comfortable conducting frequent field visits to different branches.
• Able to work independently while following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Willing to work on weekends or holidays when operational coverage is required.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and field-based environment.

Pay: Up to Php30,000.00 per month
