Restaurant Operations Intern (OJT)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily opening and closing activities of the restaurant.
• Assist kitchen and service staff with assigned operational tasks.
• Support food preparation, cleaning, sanitation, and proper workplace organization as assigned.
• Assist in taking and preparing customer orders when permitted and properly trained.
• Help maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and work areas.
• Assist in checking and organizing supplies, utensils, and other restaurant materials.
• Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with basic inventory counting and monitoring of supplies.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and assigned trainers.
• Observe and comply with company rules, safety procedures, and standards.
• Perform other reasonable tasks related to the training program and restaurant operations.

Pay: Up to Php1,000.00 per day
