Restaurant Operations Manager

Position Overview

As the Operations Manager, you will sit at the center of our business operations—acting as a coach, analyst, and culture builder. You will be directly responsible for multi-unit wide operational execution, ensuring smooth day-to-day services, cost control, high guest satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Cost Control & Financial Management: cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory management. Analyze P&L statements, variance reports, and sales dashboards to make data-driven decisions that protect contribution margins.
• Team Leadership & Culture: Recruit, train, and coach restaurant staff priodically and monitor Floor Incharge. Conduct regular manager walks and pre-shift huddles to build a culture of accountability, open communication, and high morale.
• Process Standardisation & SOPs: Enforce strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety/hygiene standards, workstation checks, and daily/weekly inventory audits.
• Guest Experience: Track customer feedback, online reviews, and mystery Diners scores. Implement corrective actions and train staff to maintain consistent service quality.
• Strategic Execution: Drive operational cadences (pre-shift huddles, Kitchen Work Station checks, daily stock counts, weekly reviews) and align daily Restaurant operations with growth targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven Experience: 3+ years in restaurant management or multi-unit operations management within fast-casual, fine-dining concepts.
• Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to read P&L statements, calculate contribution margins.
• Strong Leadership: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills with a history of developing internal talent.
• Change Management: Experienced in successfully implementing new menus, technology, health regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across teams.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Quick decision-making under pressure to resolve bottlenecks during peak service hours without compromising service standards.
