An experienced Thai Restaurant Operations Manager role to oversee daily operations and ensure the restaurant performs at the highest standard at AYA Lebanese Cuisine, a premium halal Lebanese restaurant opening in Patong.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
- Lead, coach and manage the team
- Manage staffing, scheduling and recruitment
- Coordinate ordering and inventory
- Maintain operational efficiency and cleanliness
- Resolve operational issues quickly
- Communicate effectively with ownership
About you
- Thai national
- Excellent English
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and operational skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Honest, proactive and highly organized
