Restaurant Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service
• Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
• Monitor sales, food costs, wastage, and inventory
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
• Drive sales and improve overall restaurant performance

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in restaurant operations or management
• Strong knowledge of multi cuisine restaurant service
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong understanding of food cost, inventory, and manpower management
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused, organized, and hands-on

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
