Restaurant Operations Manager

Parish Cafe & Bar is seeking an experienced and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and support the service team. This role focuses on coordinating staff, maintaining food and beverage service standards, monitoring inventory, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring efficient operations throughout each shift. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and is comfortable managing a busy restaurant and bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations.
• Coordinate staff assignments, schedules, and workflow throughout each shift.
• Support and guide front-of-house and kitchen team members.
• Monitor food quality, beverage service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with employee onboarding, training, and performance coaching.
• Respond professionally to guest questions, feedback, and service concerns.
• Monitor inventory, food supplies, beverages, and operating materials.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, and organizing restaurant supplies.
• Oversee POS procedures and routine cash-handling practices.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas.
• Support opening, closing, and daily operational checklists.
• Help resolve routine staffing and service-flow issues.
• Communicate operational needs and performance concerns to ownership or senior management.
• Follow applicable food-safety, sanitation, workplace, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, café, bar, or hospitality experience.
• Previous supervisory or restaurant-management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory tracking, and staff scheduling.
• Attention to food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Ability to train, support, and motivate team members.
• Professional and respectful approach to guests and coworkers.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
