Restaurant Operations Manager

75 on Liberty Wharf is seeking an experienced and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and help deliver excellent guest service. This role involves coordinating front-of-house and kitchen activities, supporting staff development, monitoring food and service quality, managing inventory, and maintaining operational standards. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills and can manage priorities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest-service activities.
• Coordinate staff assignments and workflow throughout each shift.
• Support and guide front-of-house and kitchen team members.
• Monitor food quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, and guest-service standards.
• Assist with employee onboarding, training, and performance coaching.
• Respond to guest questions, feedback, and service concerns professionally.
• Help maintain efficient seating, order flow, and table turnover.
• Monitor food, beverage, and restaurant supply levels.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, organizing, and restocking supplies.
• Support POS operations and routine cash-handling procedures.
• Help coordinate staff schedules and communicate coverage needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked dining and service areas.
• Support opening and closing procedures and daily operational checklists.
• Identify workflow issues and communicate improvement opportunities to management.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and company procedures.
• Communicate operational updates and service needs to restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food-service experience.
• Previous supervisory, shift-lead, or restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant service standards and daily operations.
• Familiarity with POS systems, inventory control, and staff scheduling.
• Ability to train, support, and motivate team members.
• Strong attention to food quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
