Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and service-oriented Restaurant Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent service standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant operations, food and beverage service, or a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and guide restaurant staff effectively.
• Knowledge of restaurant procedures, customer service standards, food safety, and sanitation practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, reliable, and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain excellent customer service and assist in resolving customer concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure proper communication and operations.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and overall restaurant readiness.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper presentation of the restaurant.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
