Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
• Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed
• Assist with food handling, packaging, and delivery to ensure timely service
• Manage cash register transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and digital payments
• Support kitchen operations by restocking supplies, managing food inventory, and adhering to sanitation standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations
• Ability to follow food safety regulations and sanitation practices diligently
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
• Experience with food preparation, serving, bussing, or cashiering in the food industry is advantageous
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
