Restaurant Purchase Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Track daily stock movement, consumption, waste, and shortages.

• Receive deliveries, verify vendor invoices, and check goods against Purchase Orders (PO) for quality and temperature.

• Enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation principles for perishables.

• Conduct regular physical inventory counts and manage reorder levels

• Ensure strict adherence to local health codes, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations.

• Maintain clean dining, kitchen, storage, and pest-free areas.

• Ensure proper product labeling, date-marking, and temperature logs
