Position Overview

We are looking for a Receptionist / Service Crew who will be the heart of our guest experience.
You’ll be the first smile our guests see — greeting them warmly, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth service flow between the front and kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Manage reservations, calls, and walk-ins efficiently.
• Coordinate seating arrangements and maintain the waiting list.
• Provide menu guidance and recommend special dishes.
• Support daily floor operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness at the reception and dining areas.
• Handle guest concerns politely and provide quick solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service.
• Promote ongoing promotions or events.

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in F&B or hospitality.
• Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Service Management preferred.
• Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Organized, confident, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about service and enjoys meeting new people.
